You may have heard about contingency fee arrangements, but do you really not pay unless you win? In some situations, a contingency fee arrangement can be beneficial. If you cannot pay the attorney up front, the contingency fee arrangement can mean more money for the attorney than you would otherwise pay an hourly attorney.
