Drunk Dunk
If you are planning to drink beer with your friends, there are a few things that you should know. First of all, you should have something in your stomach before you start to dunk. Food will help you absorb alcohol, so you shouldn't eat a large meal before you plan to dunk. Another thing to keep in mind is that you might vomit after the drunk dunk. Make sure you have somewhere close by where you can throw up.
Another thing to consider when planning a drunk dunk is your surroundings. Choose an open area where you can invite your friends and family. Make sure to have plenty of parking. Also, consider the safety of your friends and neighbors. Dunking is more fun with a group. However, you should not do it alone - you're more likely to swallow water and end up on your face. You should be careful and follow the rules and guidelines of the venue.
Thankfully, Southwest Minnesota State University is hosting the 10th annual "It's a Slam Dunk - Don't Drive Drunk" campaign on Friday. Both the men's and women's basketball teams will play against Minnesota Crookston. Both games begin at 5:30 and will last until 7:30. The campaign was launched in 2013 to commemorate, a basketball player who was killed by a drunk driver in 2012.
