Another landmark in the city's skyline is the Williams Tower. This 901-foot building was designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli and offers a wide vista of Houston. Among the other notable buildings in the skyline is Pennzoil Place, which is a twin slanted skyscraper that was dubbed the "Building of the Year" by The New York Times.

Hines has spent 66 years in business. As a result, the company has offices around the world, managing more than $92 billion in assets and property. Throughout the company's history, the firm has taken risks. They built some of the most popular and high-profile projects in Houston, like the Neiman Marcus at Galleria mall.

Hines also has a few other game-changing projects throughout the metro. The company is also planning an 850-acre master-planned community in Fort Bend County. It's expected to have 2,400 homes in 2024.
