As mentioned in
USA Today, Mr. Sanders has worked in nearly every role within the personal injury industry, giving him a comprehensive understanding of how injury cases are evaluated, defended, and resolved. Before founding his law firm, he worked as a paralegal and case manager for plaintiff’s personal injury attorneys and also served as a case manager and consultant for medical providers across the country, including orthopedic surgeons, chiropractors, radiologists, and pain management specialists. Mr. Sanders has also worked as an insurance adjuster and claims counsel responsible for evaluating and managing bodily injury claims.
Mr. Sanders is an all-lines bodily injury insurance adjuster licensed in more than twenty-six states, providing him with rare insight into how insurers analyze liability, calculate damages, and determine settlement value. During his time in the insurance industry, he worked with companies and administrators such as GEICO, State Farm, and Allstate. Handling complex matters, including multi-million-dollar wrongful death and medical malpractice claims, gave Mr. Sanders a deep understanding of how insurance companies defend high-value cases. Today, he uses that insider knowledge to anticipate defense strategies and build stronger cases for his clients.
Mr. Sanders founded
Rose Sanders Law Firm with his wife,
Erica Rose. Together, they built the firm on the belief that representing injured people is not just about legal results—it is about helping families rebuild their lives after tragedy. That philosophy continues to guide the firm’s work today.
Mr. Sanders earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theater from Texas A&M University and a Paralegal Certification from Rice University. He is licensed to practice law in federal courts across Texas, including the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, and the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.
Family is the center of Mr. Sanders’ life. When he is not advocating for his clients, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Erica Rose, and their two daughters, Holland and Aspen. Much of his time outside the office revolves around being a dad—whether that means family outings, helping with activities, or simply enjoying time together at home. He also enjoys working out, cooking on his BBQ, and playing video games with his family. For Mr. Sanders, the importance of family is not only a personal value—it is the reason he works so hard to protect the families he represents.
