Mr. Charles Sanders is the co-founder and partner of
Rose Sanders Family Law.Charles specializes in high conflict divorces. He has been known to do writs of habeas corpus, protective orders, military divorces, divorces with children, and modifications, representing people with PTSD as well as victims of domestic violence.
Charles brings an aggressive yet effective approach to the family law cases and opposing counsel's always take him seriously, and he is very well liked by the judges as he is also very well-versed in the rules of civil procedure prior to Law School at Michigan. He attended Rice University for paralegal school, and he received his undergraduate at Texas A&M University with a degree in theater.
Charles takes cases in Fort Bend and Montgomery county in addition to Harris county.
